Step #1: Design
Design starts with planning. You can bring your own building plans, choose elements from several designs to create your perfect layout, customize one of our award-winning designs, or start from scratch with just your hopes and dreams.
Step #2: Pre-Construction
While you're working through the financial process and finalizing the details, we take care of the structural plans, timelines, utility arrangements, lot clearance, and establish your home’s elevation, all while keeping you updated and seeking your approval at each step.
Step #3: Construction
This is when we turn your vision into reality! As you make selections at our design center or with our suppliers, we carefully craft every detail to bring your dream home to life.
Step #4: Warranty
Our service goes beyond the closing table. We’re here to support you throughout the entire process. Lawrence Alexander Homes provides a one-year builder's warranty on every new construction, along with mechanical coverage that includes labor, systems, and manufacturer warranties for added peace of mind.
